Coach Ben Parsa
With over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, Coach Ben Parsa brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and proven results to every training session. As the founder of Ben’s Beyond Fitness, he is certified in strength, conditioning, and personal training, with a deep commitment to helping athletes and individuals achieve their highest potential.
Coach Ben has successfully trained athletes across a wide range of sports, including basketball, football, baseball, tennis, lacrosse, soccer, track and field, swimming, rugby, softball, and volleyball, as well as clients focused on overall fitness and health. His expertise extends to all areas of body and sport-specific strength, mobility, and movement mechanics, ensuring every athlete builds a strong foundation for performance and longevity.
Whether working with competitive athletes or individuals striving for personal fitness goals, Coach Ben’s approach is rooted in experience, science-based training, and a genuine dedication to seeing his clients succeed.

Athletic Trainer
Coach Arsh
Arsh is a passionate youth performance trainer and a current kinesiology student at San José State University. With a lifelong background in sports and experience in coaching sports like football, Arsh combines firsthand athletic experience with a strong understanding of physical development. He has coached youth football and now works directly with young athletes across all sports to build strength, speed, and confidence through structured training. Arsh is dedicated to helping kids grow not just as athletes, but as disciplined and resilient individuals. With future goals of attending physical therapy school, Arsh brings energy, leadership, and a results-focused mindset to every session he leads.

Athletic Trainer
Coach Jarom
Jarom is a performance coach with a strong foundation in athletic development, currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at San José State University. A former collegiate football quarterback, Jarom brings firsthand experience in high-level competition and a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands of sports. He specializes in performance enhancement, speed and agility training, and skill development. With a commitment to evidence-based practices and athlete-centered programming, Jarom takes a focused, disciplined approach to helping individuals reach their highest potential.

Junior Athletic Trainer
Coach Kian
Coach Kian brings energy, patience, and first-hand athletic experience to every junior training session. Having spent the past six years developing his own strength, agility, and conditioning as an athlete, he understands the hard work and consistency it takes to improve.
He began his coaching journey through youth sports camps, where he discovered a passion for working with kids and helping them build confidence through movement. Learning directly from his father, Coach Ben—founder and owner of Ben’s Beyond Fitness—he has grown up immersed in the philosophy and training methods that define the program.
Now, as a Junior Coach at Ben’s Beyond Fitness, he focuses on teaching 6–11 year-olds the building blocks of athletic performance, strength, balance, speed, and agility, while keeping workouts engaging and age-appropriate. Coach Kian believes in creating a positive training environment where young athletes can have fun, develop lifelong fitness habits, and gain the foundation they need to succeed in sports and beyond.
